  Really great staff who are familiar with the ADA laws and go above and beyond the call of duty to make me feel welcome where others don't. I have an invisible disability and a service dog, and so I am not always made to feel welcome in other places. (People can be ignorant, ableist, bigots elsewhere.) The staff here is courteous, polite, professional, and welcoming. Sometimes, when I'm harassed by ignorant, rude, customers who don't realize that their own ignorance is a problem and an obstacle, staff here will educate them on my behalf. So grateful.
